Terms & Conditions

1. We do not offer refunds if you cannot attend/or required to leave in event of altercation or ASB behaviour. we will offer you alternative events on various dates. you maybe required to pay additional ticket cost, no refunds for tickets that are less than orginal price paid for exchanged event..
 
2. The minimum age for participants is 18 years old/unless stated. Due to heritage restrictions we ask that participants are reasonably fit. Some of the locations we visit may also not be suitable for disabled attendees. Please contact us to discuss further. Ghost walks allow for under 18's accompanied by 2 adults and attended at own risk

3. Due to restrictions, Pregnant women can only attend with prior concent through Psychic Nights/Ghost Hunters UK and must sign a disclaimer prior to attending, we do not recommend you attend during the pregnancy period.

4. IMPORTANT: if anyone arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or is suspected of bringing alcohol drinks to the event, they will be not be allowed to stay for the night and will be asked to leave the premises immediately. No refunds are given in this instance.

5. We do not allow smoking indoors. Please also ensure that no candles or other potential fire hazards are used during your stay.

6. There are no sleeping facilities at our locations unless stated.

7. Psychic Nights/Ghost hunters UK will not be liable for any loss or damage to equipment belonging to the participants, during and after the event.

8. Although we cannot foresee any problems, accidents/incidents do happen, and all members of your team should preferably have their own third party public liability insurance as our insurers have indicated that our public liability policies may not cover your party during your visit to the location since it is outside our normal public access categories. You are staying at the location at your own risk; we accept no liability for any accident or injury to yourselves, however caused.

9. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you further indemnify the organisers/promoters from and against all legal liability in respect of any costs, claims, damages, demands, penalties, actions, proceedings, suits, losses or expenses in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or damage to any property arising from my participation in the activity.

10. All luggage, clothing, equipment, vehicles and effects belonging to you or your part are your own responsibility. Psychic Nights are not responsible for the safe custody of attendees property, for its loss, damage or theft.

Valid from 2nd October 2010, psychic nights/Ghost Hunters UK reserve the right to remove offer at any time. upon booking your places we will email you confirmation and confirm additional free place, this cannot be exchanged for cash or used on any other event and not valid on haunted weekend events, psychic fairs or live events.

Free Tickets offer

will only be available to one unique group no single person booking intended for groups. your free ticket will only be issued after your premium event is complete to allow for conforming to our group booking terms. free tickets valid at £12.50 no cash altrnative, transfer or change of date available. 1 event date per free ticket should you not be able to attend there will be no transfer. tickets will be randomly choosen for the following event Hangmans hill, Reculver Castle or Hadleigh castle.

11. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by Psychic Nights/Ghost Hunters UK due to weather conditions or situations out of our control. When this occurs, Psychic Nights/Ghost Hunters UK will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of payment. If the event is moved or rescheduled, Psychic Nights/Ghost Hunters UK will offer an alternative date should you be agreable. Any expenses including travel incurred due to the cancellation of an event will not be refunded.

12.You agree that any and all services from Psychic Nights/Ghost Hunters UK are for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the validity, truth, or likelihood of any and all information obtained from our employees, contractors, psychics, mediums and clairvoyants on any of our events however Psychic Nights/Ghost Hunters UK continues to montior all staff both freelance and employed staff to continue to offer the best and most honest paranormal experience possible.

however, any and all statements made utilising our consultants are the sole opinion of the individual consultant and do not reflect the opinions or policies, stated or otherwise, of Psychic Nights/Ghost Hunters UK
No perceived predictions, opinions, information, advice or comments made by our employees, contractors, psychics, mediums or clairvoyants should be interpreted as factual or actual. We cannot guarantee paranormal activity during your event, however Medium's (Psychic's) will endeavour to communicate where possible.

13. Any event due to take place wholly or partially in the open air is likely to be affected by unsuitable/adverse weather conditions. In this case, Psychic Nights/ Ghost Hunters UK reserve the right to relocate the event to an area which is undercover. In most cases all events take place, and it is your responsibility to bring suitable clothing to match the weather conditions for the time.

14. We do not accept any responsibility for any accidents or incidents caused after the event or during travel to the event.

15. Throughout the event you and your party will act in a sensible manner and will not cause harm or injury to anyone else, any animal, effect of property etc.

We cannot guarantee that paranormal activity will take place on the night you stay, but so far to date, our ghosts haven't disappointed. We accept no responsibility if you have to change clothing after a sighting or incident.

We cannot guarantee that paranormal activity will take place on the night you stay, but so far to date, our ghosts haven't disappointed. 17. All bookings made through Psychic Nights/Ghost Hunters UK means your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

18.These conditions and any contract into which they are incorporated shall be subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

19. in event of staff being ill or events out of our controll Psychic Nights/Ghost Hunters UK reserves the right to cancel and refund deposits for events booked. psychic nights holds no liability of costs incurred

20. private or charity events deposits will be due one full week prior to the event or psychic nights reserve the right to cancel and refund at no liability to psychic nights or companies related.
REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be applicable or given, exchanges to different event possible to different event/additional cost maybe required if ticket price is more than price paid on previous event no refund will be given for tickets less than previous price paid Psychic nights/ghost hunters UK

*Sale offers, not in conjunction with any other offer, Psychic Nights/Ghost Hunters UK reserves the right to offer sales at any time, No refund applicable to prices prior to sale launch. Refunds no allowed as per our refund policy, Our policy is allowed but not to the same event and no price difference refund will be allowed.

21. Haunted Weekends listings and events provide all information, it is the responsibility of the attendee to follow all requirements, payment is made in full unless we provide a deposit scheme in which case full payment will be due within 2 months of the date of the event listing.
Haunted weekend events offer food should you have dietry requirements it is the responsibility of the attendee or persobn booking tickets to provide us with this information Psychic Nights/Ghost Hunters UK accepts no liability in the event of an incident.

*Cancellation of haunted weekends - In the event of a cancellation which would only be due to weather or incident. we will offer an alternate date should you not be able to attend this date we will offer booking alternatives on other events. we do not offer refunds. a period of 18 months to swap to a different event is available, additional costs may apply should the ticket price exceed previous ticket price. Should you need to cancel your place a swap period will be applicable of 18 months and no refund will be given.

22. Ghost Hunt Live Theatre Tour - Please see point 16. tickets available for exchange but no refund. By booking you agre to allow Psychic Nights/Ghost Hunters UK to film and release any footage of the event. if there are legal reasons why you should not be filmed you must notify us.
rights to footage including image rights if you are seen in any footage is reserved by Psychic Nights/Ghost Hunters UK. You will not be paid for appearances. By booking tickets you agree to all terms.
